MAJOR PROJECT: BUILDING OF A DC MOTOR
Coordinated a team of four members
It consisted of neodymium magnets, battery of D-size. insulated copper wire, etc.
The motor we created used DC to rotate the armature. The magnetic force is only able to flow in one direction, so the motor spins in only one direction. AC uses the same principle of electron flow, but the pole is rotating rather than in one place
