Daily responsibilities; Assist customers through the phone queue on Customer Service, Returns, and Sales. Place orders via phone and email. Processing return requests; initialize, issue refunds to the customer's (card system Converge and PayPal), issue return labels, and follow up with email inquiries and requests.
