Work History

Dr. Navarra started practicing Chiropractic in Montvale, NJ in 1976. He officially opened The Holistic Health Center in 1990 where he developed one of the first facilities that integrated medical and chiropractic with a holistic approach to healthcare. His beliefs were through careful evaluation/examination, that a patient would be directed to the best treatment protocol for their needs, which included physical therapy, pain management, and exercise rehabilitation. This approach enabled him to achieve optimum results in a minimal amount of time. Dr. Navarra personalizes each treatment regimen to fit the patient’s needs and expedite recovery. He specializes in sports injuries and has also treated both professional football and basketball athletes.
