Led and mentored cross functional reliability team members to accomplish $500M/year saving by reducing loss reaction & decompression events in the LDPE units.

Revised & contested invoice for O2 and N2, resulting in a $500,000 saving for a 6 month period in 2002

Executed T/A work of the Olefin, polymer & Acetyls units within budget and no safety incident.

Maintained zero injury due to electrical issue with continuous training and reinforcement of Electrical Safety awareness and mentality through prevention and safeguards.

Doubled substation capacity with new 138kV, 38 MVA transformers, switchgear upgrade

Through protection scheme review, identified system weaknesses in islanding, transformer reverse protection settings, implement change to avoid complete black out of site

Led a team and saved $6MM subsea equipment development by applying “fit for Purpose “ concept for the specification, design and qualification testing
