#1- Royal Bank of Canada

Duration: 21st Feb 2017 to till now

Designation: Network Operations Analyst

Monitor/Triage all domestic and international Data Centers, Remote Offices, Wireless and their respective technologies

Escalate any major operational/systems problems to the appropriate 2nd Level support teams, management and key internal and external business partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES (For Nokia, TTSL’s & TCTSL):-

Trouble-shooting of faulty conditions with respect to control systems in the industry.

Operation and Maintenance of NSS node

Looking after the design, operation & maintenance of electronic communication equipment’s used in communication like MSS/MGW’s, CISCO core routers.

Prepare method of procedures for timing estimates, performance and reports for systems.
