Perform Power Quality auditing in Distribution systems,

Perform Thermal Audit at both LT & HT,

Prepare Technical reports for Thermal and Power Audit,

Perform Active Harmonics Filter Erection and Commissioning,

Knowledge in Handling Testing and Electrical Measurement Instruments Like Earth Resistance Meter, Insulation Tester, Cable Fault Locater and Cable Route Tracer etc.

Provide Sales Support (Preparation of Marketing Materials like Comparison Charts, Competitor analysis, New model study, New market study, Maintaining all the Product collaterals like Catalog, Manuals, Brochures etc.)

Provide Technical Support to Sales team to close the Order. (e.g: Successful presales, Tender and Post Sale Demonstrations)

Responsible for all the Technical Queries from Customers.

Maintain expert level of Product Knowledge and Application.

Travel to Project Sites to perform start-up, integration, and Training Services.

Resolve Customer issues or Difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the Company Mission, values, and Financial Objectives.

Maintain Professional Business Relationships within Target Accounts.

Provide updates of Ongoing projects and Future projects.

Identify Customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth.

Technical Skills:

• Erection of Active Harmonics Filter panel.

• Erection of Automatic Power Factor Correction Panel.

• Erection of Tuned and De-Tuned Filters.

• Erection of Plate and Pipe Earthing systems.

• Testing of Soil resistivity, Earth testing and Tower foot testing and Short Circuit Test.

• Insulation Resisting Testing of HT / LT Cables and Transformers.
