Managed Pre-Construction Commercial spaces, shopping mall, multiplex theater projects with budgets up to 5 million. Led team of five, planned, organized, developed and produced building drawings, managed building code reviews, zoning applications and bid packages for various projects. Handled design and construction for variety of apartments using wood and metal frames and commercial projects ranging from 1000 to 180,000 sq.ft with a budget of below $5 Million. Developed design concepts for 100 bed eye care hospital and managed the administration of construction project and presented CAD drawings to all sub-contractors. Drafted project blueprints and working drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Co-ordinated with clients and consultants regarding submittals and deliverables that improved project schedule. Performed quality surveying and budget analysis for preparing baseline cost estimates for residential projects. ARCHITECTURALTHESIS - Office Spaces for Coal Mines Objective was to design eco-friendly office spaces by maintaining the ambience temperature (80F

- 90F). passive design techniques were used to create a positive work environment. Utilized the landscape and vegetation for humidity control in and around the office spaces which regulate the temperature constantly.

Research on Onondaga lake restoration project in terms of quality assurance, identifying the Risks involved, mitigating risks using four strategies and planning of disaster recovery methods.

Researched on sustainable and infrastructure asset management of water systems in terms of asset inventory, infrastructure materials, hydraulics, water treatment, public health. Repair, maintenance and replacing the aging pipe system ensures clear water supply to the community.

Worked on Seismic retrofitting of concrete bridges which were damaged and then repaired using these techniques.
