●One of the key roles as the senior technical person on the operations team was to work with the Sales and Sales Engineering team to ensure that all customer solutions that were provided to the customer were feasible and matched our support and deployment skills.

●Created, designed and maintain a custom trouble ticket system based on Coldfusion, Mysql, Apache, Linux, Exchange 2003. This tool was used by the Regional Call Center and Regional Operation Centers to handle incoming customer issues and employee reported field issues.
