Led the value stream in daily operations and continuous improvements which included: supply chain, production control, establishing manufacturing priorities, coordination of activities with off -shift management.

Improved average ROS in Threaded Retainer Value Stream from 17.8% in FY11 to 28.7% in FY13 and AG 4000 Value Stream from 20.3% in FY11 to 26.3% in FY13.

Reduced lead time in Threaded Retainer Value Stream in FY12 by 51.6%, from 50 days lead time to 24.2 days.

Reduced lead time in Threaded Retainer Value Stream in FY13 by 39.4%, from 50.1 days lead time to 30.3 days.

Established cross-functional High Performance team that used problem solving and lean tools to increase pieces per hour from 18 to 60 with an annual savings in labor of $98,000.

Created many best-practice processes for tooling organization, motion kaizen and error-proofing. Reduced walk time, cycle time and floor space in 3/8 FF Nipple Assembly with a combined annual savings of $54,000.
