Besides being a joy to work with, John & Cindy have excellent analytical, technical and problem solving skills which allow them to quickly understand processes and make sound judgments. They have tackled difficult assignments with little or no guidance and were always able to implement solutions that were simple to understand and efficient. They freely share their technical knowledge and have collaborated with me to solve difficult technical problems which I greatly appreciated.

These skills were utilized in gathering requirements, developing test plans, communicating status and resolving problems. They are pleasant to deal with and are well liked by their coworkers.
