To Whom It May Concern,

I would like to highly recommend John and Cindy Clemens as information technology analyst/programmers. John and Cindy contracted with the HP to work for US Virgin Islands, Paternity and Child Support Division were a great asset to the team working from August 13, 2012 through October 18, 2013. They also worked directly under me for a project, and were given a wide variety of tasks to complete, including analysis, programming, testing, problem solving, and documentation. In every instance, John and Cindy met or exceeded my expectations, and did so with a positive, can-do attitude. They both worked diligently to accomplish these tasks, and the results were excellent.

I am hoping to work with them again on future projects, and would not hesitate to recommend bringing them back.

Please contact me directly if you'd like to discuss John and Cindy's capabilities and performance. I'd be glad to provide any information I can.

Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern,

I would like to highly recommend John and Cindy Clemens as information technology analyst/programmers. John and Cindy contracted with the University of Cincinnati's Information Technologies department from December 2010 through May 18, 2012 on our Semester Conversion initiative. They worked directly for me most of this time, and were given a wide variety of tasks to complete, including analysis, programming, testing, problem solving, and documentation. In every instance, John and Cindy met or exceeded my expectations, and did so with a positive, can-do attitude. They both worked diligently to accomplish these tasks, and the results were excellent. They established cooperative and effective relationships with business clients and IT support staff to get their jobs done.

We would to retain John and Cindy here on a more permanent basis, but budgets being what they are, it is not possible at this time. We are hoping to be able to use them again on future projects, and would not hesitate to bring them back.

Please contact me directly if you'd like to discuss John and Cindy's capabilities and performance. I'd be glad to provide any information I can.

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is my personal recommendation for John & Cindy Clemens. They were hired as IT Consultants in December 2010 to assist the University of Cincinnati with the conversion of their mainframe IT systems from Quarter to Semester based scheduling. I am an Application Analyst with the University and have been assigned to work with John & Cindy on this project. I found them to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a "Can Do" attitude.

Besides being a joy to work with, John & Cindy have excellent analytical, technical and problem solving skills which allow them to quickly understand processes and make sound judgments. They have tackled difficult assignments with little or no guidance and were always able to implement solutions that were simple to understand and efficient. They freely share their technical knowledge and have collaborated with me to solve difficult technical problems which I greatly appreciated.

They possess excellent interpersonal skills which they have used to effectively communicate with clients and staff. These skills were utilized in gathering requirements, developing test plans, communicating status and resolving problems. They are pleasant to deal with and are well liked by their coworkers.

They have a strong work ethic and are extremely dedicated. They consistently contribute significant amounts of "off the clock" hours without being asked to do so. They are enthusiastic about what they do and take pride in their efforts. They have always been ahead of schedule with their deliverables and are eager to help wherever they can. They like to stay busy which has presented me with challenges at times to keep them adequately supplied with work to do.

I highly recommend John & Cindy for employment. They have been a tremendous asset to me and the conversion team. Their efforts have played a large role in the success of the Semester Conversion project. They are team players and would make a great asset to any organization.

Sincerely,

Phillip Robchewski

John and Cindy possess valuable technical expertise, excellent written and verbal communication skills, are well organized, highly efficient and very productive.
