Performing Control Testing for Cards and Mortgage Line of Business and SOX 404 Audits based on policies and procedures, laws and regulations, management reporting and the control environment.
Reviewing and developing client's custom control catalogs to ensure alignment of test procedures and control language to SOX 404 standards and enhance efficiencies in remote execution of test procedures.
Implementation plan for internal Control testing in various collections process products. Understanding the risk associated with the process, defining controls and communicating the test results to the clients.
Identification of Control Gaps and its Root Cause and Communicate the same to the Risk & Control Coordinators and help them to finalize the Corrective Action Plan.
Identification of process improvements and Testing Gaps and Communicate the same to Senior Management.
Client Management – Client interactions via calls and emails.
Document management – Tracking team’s MIS documents such as Dashboard, TST, Control break matrices, DRT etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Auditing the Citi Collection (US), for Regulatory and Compliance violations.
oThis includes:
Evaluating Payment programs offered to the customers as per law
Monitoring Collection Calls (Inbound and Outbound) made by US and Indian Agents and giving feedbacks thru online system.
Verifying the updates on the mainframe system in accordance with the calls
Validating Trackers and Logs for their Integrity.
Checking Compliance of Process to various US Acts.
Communicating with VP’s and AVP’s through Phone and Mail, to get the monthly Audit Data and for resolving issues, with the corrective action plan.
Adhering to strict Time Schedules for Audit Results Reporting.
Managing and Reporting of MIS data for the Unit.
