Member of the professional support team. Participated and contributed to system integration projects for the GOLD software package at multiple clients. Duties included gathering requirements, training client staff, identifying and researching issues, and systems implementation and support. • Gained experience with GOLD package, SQL databases, and base Java code for GOLD software

• As a consultant for Disney World, I gathered their unique requirements for their warehousing system to coordinate normal delivery, delivery using their underground tunnel network, and their limited stock capacity. Those requirements were used to configure GOLD Stock, the warehouse management component of the GOLD package.

• As a consultant for Longo’s Brothers (a Canadian grocery chain), I dealt with a very difficult client where the owners wanted to be involved in every single step of the implementation but were uninformed on most of the specifics. I was able to find common ground and successfully implement the system.

• Traveled to several onsite projects and also participated remotely in other implementations

Customer Support Group

• Worked remotely as part of 24-hour customer support with co-workers in France and India

• Created reports by extracting data from CRM ticketing system and presented the reports in weekly meetings with clients to discuss response times and trends in support tickets

• Investigated bugs that required more time and effort than the professional support team could invest

• Differentiated bugs from set-up and configuration issues and solved set-up and configurations for clients

• Recreated bugs in both GOLD’s UI and SQL queries created by GOLD and found root causes in the Java code to provide suggested fixes for the offshore developers
