ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Raising the work order as per the Customer PO and IOM.

Cross checking the Production List of all Stages (Printing, Lamination, Slitting and Pouching)

Working with VB based ERP of production module.

Coordinating with Stores dept for Production WIP materials and Returning RAW materials.

Coordinating with Dispatch dept for Production Received FG quantities.

Reporting to Management of all Production Related Reports (Work Order status Report, Machine wise production Report, Meters Reports, Solvent Less weight gain Report, Item conversion report, WIP Report, FG and RM warehouse Report, Scrap Report, Production VS Dispatch Report, Supervisor and Operator Report, Material Consumption Report.)

Coordinating EDP team for development of ERP in Production Module.

Guiding to Operators and Supervisor to reduce the Rejection and the same reporting to management on weekly basis.

Maintaining the Report of shortage in FG materials.

Training to Junior’s about Production Practical Issues and ERP Entry.

After the New Job approval raising the BOM in Production Module.

Coordinating with Costing dept for all Job Closing with exact Job Quantity.

Coordinating with Export dept for Checklist of FG items.

Maintaining the Report of machine Performance report weekly in once.
