●SDLC Development Support and Quality Testing

Work closely in a cross-functional team to discuss, analyze and help gather business requirements, system and software specifications.

Convert and translate client needs into understandable document both technical and functional.

●SharePoint Development and Technical Support

Assist team to develop solutions for SP UX branding and designing using SharePoint Designer 2013 tool.

Create SharePoint sites and sub-sites, build workflows, and change content as requested by site owners.

Create and design mockups, web parts, forms, and build dashboards to deploy in SharePoint sites.

Create and customize site pages (.master and .aspx pages) and layouts to target content, items, lists and libraries as a site owner requests.

Help support migrate, organize content and troubleshoot site issues for the site owners.

Help create, modify and delete SharePoint accounts and manage permission.

Assist new SharePoint users with step by step site training and maximize the potential of SharePoint as it relates to their job function.

Also provide support for user incidents via help desk ticketing system and address issues by monitoring the queues.

Assist in resolving other technical issues arises for external and internal clients or end-users as directed by senior and supervisor.
