SUMMARY Thirty years combined experience with an Active Top Secret clearance in Program Management, Project Management (Cost Controls/EVM), Facility Management/Design managing a wide variety of products and processes or manufacturing/office facilities in the Government/ Construction industries, Energy and healthcare industries worldwide. Prior experience included pharmaceutical, consumer products, military production, electronic/instrumentation, military FOB and Bio-Chem facilities.

Development of well defined schedules based on corporate requirements for completion of design, bidding, construction and equipment installation phases for major capital investment projects valued 1 million to 5 billion.

SUMMARY Matter Expert (SME) to assist corporate engineers, military and DoS staff in decision-making. New system provided improved coordination and planning of projects, budget analysis and better tracking of project cost/schedules using EVM and other project management techniques.
As Senior Advisor to NATO Commander and six Afghan garrison facility engineering directorates. As an advisor on all contract matters valued over $5.4 billion, and advises directors on metrics to track and measure progress against baseline cost and schedule. Managed a Government contract with 150 plus personnel both military & civilians. Develop, plan, coordinate and integrate systems-related requirements to support construction operations, and workload data management with Department of Defense (DOD)/Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of software and computer resources for Army systems for project tracking.
