Originally hired to manage servers and networks across northwest North Carolina through 25+ locations.
Responsible for research, documentation, and implementation of future growth as related to Information Technology.
Worked hand in hand with outside contractors to install and maintain the WAN including Cisco and Adtran routers, as well as Voice Over IP Phones.
After merger, all server and management was moved to Asheboro, NC. I was retained for my knowledge and to remain a Network Technician for the western region of NC.
Assist with installation and configuration of SCCM server, as well as testing.
Currently using VMWare with Blade Servers.
Responsible for user support, both onsite and through helpdesk.
