1. November 1, 2012 – October 31, 2013 as On-Site Printer Support Engineer at PT. Clarus Innovace Teknologi, Jakarta :

As one of many Business Partners of PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia, the largest oil company in Riau Province – Indonesia, PT. Clarus Innovace Teknologi provides IT Engineers to support various IT products being used by PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia such as servers, workstations, laptops and printers. My responsibility is to make sure that all of the networked and stand-alone printers and plotters being used by PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia are in good and ready to use condition.

2. May 1, 2006 - October 31, 2012 as a System Engineer at PutraSun Group, Pekanbaru : PutraSun Group consists of several companies, mainly operate in IT businesses, such as Authorized Sales and Service Provider of Dell products (servers, desktops and laptops), also as an Authorized Sales and Service Provider for AirLive products (networking devices : switches and Access Points and outdoor wireless devices), also as an Authorized Sales and Service Provider for PROLiNK products (mainly various models of ADSL modems for SPEEDY and also networking devices and UPS). I designed and built complete Information System for various companies from all sizes. My responsibilities were to make sure that all the products that we sell is in ready to use condition and I also responsible in guiding and supervising several Junior Technicians in deployment and installation of our products and troubleshooting problems. And I also have responsible in handling warranty claims from customers.

3. March 28, 2003 – April 19, 2006 as Senior Computer Technician at SURYACOM, Pekanbaru :

As a retail store of IT products, SURYACOM sells laptops and computer mainboards and also other components of a PC, such as harddrives, memory modules, optical drives and also sells many computer accessories such as printers, scanners, webcams, etc. And my job was to assembly them, install OS, drivers and applications and to make sure that the pc or laptops that a user have purchased is ready to use, and I also troubleshoot problems on pc’s and laptops.

4. March 4, 2002 – April 12, 2002 as Field Coordinator for PT. Schlumberger Network Solutions in Harddrives Replacement Project at PT. Caltex Pacific Indonesia (Minas, Duri and Rumbai site) :

I supervised several Junior Technicians in replacing harddrives for all CASTIL Project (GIL1) pc’s and my job was to make sure that each Junior Technician perform the job perfectly and comply to the standard operating procedure that they have been trained for. 5. April 2, 2001 – January 19, 2002 as a Desktop Engineer for PT. Schlumberger Network Solutions in On Going Support team at CASTIL Project (GIL1) at CALTEX – Duri : I performed maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for PCs, Printers, laptops and network problems for North area of PT. Caltex Pacific Indonesia (Duri, Bekasap, Bangko and Dumai site).
