PROJECTS

Senior Design Project, Team Leader (Fall 2011 – Spring 2012)

Created an airplane simulator that proved the possibility of internet access via iPhone, iPad, or laptop for business and everyday needs.

Developed a 3D Model of a Boeing 747 Aircraft Carrier using AutoCAD 3DS Max and reference images from Google.

Calculated areas of Wi-Fi signal reception intensity throughout the model by using each location within the Boeing 747 and calculate from the Wi-Fi receiver to that location if it gets reception or if it’s a dead zone.

Converted the location data into a colored diagram and then converted that diagram into a 3DS Max file using third party software. The calculated data made wasn’t compatible with 3DS Max, so a conversion was made to convert the data from a different file type to a file type that was compatible with 3DS Max.

Simulated an aircraft carrier using C++ and Open Source Graph by combining the 3D Model of the Boeing 747 with the calculations of the Wi-Fi Reception. By overlapping the aircraft carrier design with the location data, a presentation can be made to show whether it can be possible or not.

Discord Project (April 2017 – Present)

Creating a Discord Bot that responds by commands typed by the user.

Developed a log in script for the Bot. The log in takes a form of a Token rather than a username and password for the Bot to log in.

Developed several commands for the Bot so the user can send information to the Bot and the Bot responds accordingly to what is coded under that command.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Java

oDesigned a Patient database for storing patient information, any visits they had, medical history, and if they need to return at a certain date using GUI Interface.

AutoCAD

oDesigned an aircraft carrier interior and exterior model using 2D drawings. By using the reference images, it was drawn out to scale using 2D Drawings within AutoCAD and transferred over to 3DS Max when it was finished.

oDeveloped 15 extra drawings on everyday created objects.

HTML, CSS, Javascript

oDeveloped a page layout to showcase pictures, information, and stories. By using HTML format, a design was shown to include copyright, disclaimer, any images, any stories told about those images, and if there’s any information about the image.

oDeveloped a basic outline for a Lake County Law Enforcement Officer running for Sheriff. In the beginning stages of the campaign, a design was built using HTML, CSS, and Javascript to show a background image, a home page, an about us page, and a donation page.

C#

oDesigned a bot to shoot out information onto Discord using Visual Studio. By using C#, a design was made to print off information to the user, whether it’s information about a certain game or topic, or logging in through a Token provided by Discord.

On-Call Technician, Technology Department

Installed hardware by bringing in a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, power cables, and Ethernet cables to the location.

Installed software by running an installer on the computer.

Maintained computer equipment by checking to see if anything works.

Repaired computer equipment by either receding the RAM, resetting the computer by removing and putting back certain parts, or if something’s missing.

Troubleshot a variety of commonly known computer issues.

Detected and removed spyware, malware and viruses by running a registry scan, Malwarebytes, and Anti-Virus software.

Imaged and set-up computer labs as well as individual computers throughout 10 schools.
