Leadership

Kappa Sigma Fraternity

-Vice President

I served as Vice President of the Rho Pi chapter of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity for 2 years, from the fall of 2013 to the spring of 2015.

I was in charge of disciple for a group of 32 members in 2013 to 2014 and 61 members in 2014 to 2015

-Pledge Educator

In the fall of 2012 I managed and educated a group of 20 pledges, the biggest pledge class the chapter had seen at that time, and was reelected in spring 2013 to run a group of three pledges.

-Co-Pledge Educator

I served under the Pledge Educator the spring 2012 after I was initiated and helped the educator deal with a 5 person pledge class.

-Military Hero’s Campaign

I was a very active participant in the fundraising side of the fraternity’s charity. I was deeply involved in both founding and participating: in selling chick-fli-a biscuits each Friday morning to students, organizing ajumpathon, and organizing a car smash.

The chapter raised over $2000 per year.

Athens Country Club- Groundskeeper: summer 2013

worked as a groundskeeper for the tennis part of the country club. I was in charge of maintaining the tennis courts, both hard and clay, and the tennis shop.

Blue Otter Restaurant- DRA Summer of 2015

Worked as a DRA for the Blue Otter Restaurant, helping the restaurant flow smoothly for the servers and hosts.

Joe Chamberlin Construction- Construction worker: summer of 2015

Helped oversee the finishing stages of construction for the Gardens Apartment complexes.

Hampton Inn Athens- front desk clerk: Current

As a front desk clerk I answer any phone call directed towards the hotel and solve any problem to the best of my ability, I check guest in and out of the hotel making sure all their needs are and were met . I make reservations for future dates for the hotel. I solve fix and maintain any problem a room or guest has in the hotel. A lot of times I am giving the responsibility of being the only employee in the 112 room hotel making sure everything runs smoothly.
