Samsung R&D Institute India Bangalore November 2001 - April 2015 Senior Chief Engineer

Program Management of Android System software R&D by four teams (130) and directed team for product development of system software (Linux Kernel 3.x, device drivers, Board Support Packages (BSP) for Qualcomm / Marvell / Spreadtrum SoCs) for Android smart phones product commercialization. Several 4G Android smart phones (model J1, J4, J6, Core Prime, Grand Prime) launched based on developed system software platform.

Spearheaded technology roadmaps, technology sensing, identified technology trends, evangelist emerging technology ecosystem for senior management insights, decision-making, strategic directions in advanced research areas of Electric Vehicle Battery, Bioinformatics, Biomedical and Healthcare devices.

Instrumental in seeding research on first-of-its kind Pervasive Computing for ubiquitous seamless mobility and filed several patents.
