As an Account Manager, I am responsible for key Accounts at Angie’s. For each of my Accounts I am responsible from the very beginning with the order entry, to the very end, when the order is delivered to the customer. I book all the trucks for my orders, help with any ordering questions, and handle all pricing (Off Invoices, Bill backs, and Pricing Discrepancies). I work very closely with our Sales, Supply Chain, Shipping and Accounting Team. It is very important that I maintain a close working relationship, with not only my accounts, but also the teams within Angies.

As an Information Coordinator, I was responsible for all of the New Item Set-ups at Angie’s. Once Marketing received final approval for a new item, I was responsible for gathering all the specifications and information for the item into our system and out to the company. At the time I started, Angie’s had just started using a new system, as the Information Coordinator, it was my job to get the system up and running with all the information.
