Support the development of the Preventative Maintenance Program within the Stamford Public School District.

• Contribute to the success of the Preventative Maintenance Program to diminish overtime; compile and evaluate data from equipment utilized throughout the school district to reduce the cost of future replacements.

• Managed all NLRB, PERB, EEOC, DOL and NMB complaints filed against Local 74, 1031 and 811; conducted investigations relating to the claims..

• Effectively negotiated new contracts, renegotiated expired contracts, and oversaw contract mediation; negotiated contracts under NYPERB and NJPERC.

• Served as a member of The New Jersey Chapter of the Labor Employment Relations Association.

• Served as Trustee for six different ERISA benefit funds as well as Officer/Trustee for Labor Organization, overseeing budgets and payroll administration, evaluating all service agreements, and approving all expenses of the Joint Council. Accreditation
