• Created and edited mechanical engineering product specifications and CAD drawings for NUK baby bottles and pacifiers

• Supported the engineering staff in preparing test methods and conducted product testing, measurements, simulation and analysis such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for NUK baby bottles and pacifiers

• Resolved manufacturing impediment that caused a 30 percent downtime in production of a NUK baby bottle through tolerance and fit analysis of the bottles’ hoods and collars and prepared modified CAD drawings for manufacturing plant in Reedsburg, Wisconsin to improve production efficiency of the NUK baby bottles

East Coast Festival 2015

• Crowned the F1 in Schools National Champion in 2010, and represented Malaysia in the F1 in Schools World Finals 2011 and was awarded with the Best Portfolio Award as well as the runners up for the Best Engineered Car Award

• Facilitated design workshops for students and teachers in Malaysia to develop miniature F1 car in SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD

• Led a group of four students to perform research on the application of large scale wind turbines and developed a small scale portable wind turbine that harness wind energy to provide alternative power for outdoor enthusiasts

• Performed product development for the project, from the making of conceptual sketches and preliminary designs using SOLIDWORKS to the building of 3D printed prototypes and performance optimization of the prototype

• Developed a working prototype that generated a minimum energy output of 0.9 volts at wind speed of 8 miles per hour
