Four years as Moderate Field Claims Adjuster for ALLSTATE Insurance company. Four years as a claims manager for Atlanta RoofGuard. Inspect, determine coverage, scope out loss, estimate via Xactimate on laptop and Ipad, issue payment, document file and answer all customer questions. I settle 13 out of 15 claims onsite. Proven great customer service skills, walk estimate thru room by room with customer to reduce any stress on customers and minimize contractor supplements.
