A. PROJECT: CSI_SERVICELAYER_EBM – DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT CLIENT: AT&T, USA

PROJECT DETAILS: CSI_ServiceLayer_EBM is a sub application under CSI providing web service access to various ordering and provisioning functionalities to Resellers and Service Providers. CSI is Cingular's Common Services Interface - a Web Services platform for internal Cingular Clients and external Business Partners. CSI is a SOAP v1.2 compliant web services implementation that provides a robust set of services intended to support the management of Cingular's wireless customers. CSI is based on the prevailing B2B standards. The framework defined by CSI and the information required by the partners to interoperate successfully. CSI utilizes both Synchronous and Asynchronous models for accomplishing a single interaction.

TIBCO BW (Business Works) is used for the SPM2 (Service Process Manager) and SG (Service Gateway) framework. Service Gateway is a common entry point to access services from within AT&T, provides authentication, authorization, transport abstraction, version abstraction and message routing. SPM2 specializes in service implementations and orchestrating backend service adapters to complete a discrete business process.

ROLES:

1. Team Lead (04/2015 to 04/2017) – Offshore [Mumbai, India] Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in joint application design sessions with various interacting business applications (both internal and external clients) to fulfill the Solution Approach.

• Review Backend Interface Agreement documents and understand client requirements.

• Attend design discussions, review meetings with clients and downstream applications and provide design and development estimates based on the complexity of the service(s).

• Review Backend applications’ interface during their walkthrough.

• Provide support for testing and production issues and guide team to resolve issues effectively.

• Design schemas and develop B2B service flow design using TIBCO Business works. 2. Sr. Software Engineer (06/2012 – 03/2015) – Onsite [Plano, TX, USA] Deputed to Tech Mahindra Americas in Plano, Texas, USA (subsidiary company of Tech Mahindra Ltd) as an onsite developer.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in design discussion with application architects.

• Develop B2B service flow design using TIBCO Business works to interact with various downstream systems.

• Create High level design documents and Application Interface documents for each interface.

• Design schemas for clients to interact with CSI by hiding the complexity of the backend systems using XML Spy Tool keeping reusability in view across the systems.

• Review the designed schemas both internally with CSI's governing Body and with external clients.

• Create and generate WSDLs to provide Schema Toolkits to the clients that onboard CSI services.

• Use XPath extensively to map the fields as per the mapping document.

• Develop data mapping and java transformations using Contivo Analyst to send and receive the data honoring backend defined schemas.

• Configure Queues, create authentication profiles, configure logging mechanism, define interface specific URLs in CSI Service Gateway and SPM framework

• Use SPLUNK to get the Audit and Debug logs.

• Provide support for testing and production issues with quick response and resolve the issue in minimal time frame.

B. PROJECT: Common Business Services (CBS) – Development and support CLIENT: AT&T, USA

PROJECT DETAILS: CBS Services are a suite of middleware applications that support Southeast ordering and customer care clients (old BellSouth region). These services have traditionally been grouped within 3 functional categories: Customer, Order, and Product. CBS provides tested and maintained set of components to access basic Customer, Product, and Order data and functions which insulates the customers from changes in legacy systems and environments. ROLE:

1. Software Engineer (12/2010 – 05/2012) – Offshore [Pune, India] Responsibilities:

• Participate in detailed design discussions.

• Develop software for all enhancements as per the requirements and design.

• Create and update shell scripts to generate application based reports.

• Provide application support and fix the tickets in compliance with Tech Mahindra and AT&T standards and procedures.

• Provide (new/update) technical documentation as per ITUP process wherever applicable.

• Enhance the code by fixing the bugs in compliance with Tech Mahindra and AT&T standards and procedures.
