Two patents awarded. Senior Sys. Engineer In implementing the 787 Operations Control Center for 24x7 airplane health monitoring (AHM) to achieve a 99.3% technical dispatch rate. Working with JAL and Etihad (UAE) overseas for three months on Intro into Service teams as AHM focal earning team Service Award.

Lockheed Martin (1991-2001) Risk Manager for Lockheed/Alenia C-27J partnership leading and training Alenia and presenting efforts to Italian MOD and Italian Air Force. Led Lockheed Mfg Operations portion of strategic modernization plan for integrating R&D and tech developments across programs into technology road maps with R&D sponsors. Risk Management staff for Lockheed/Boeing AX with all early suppliers, subsequently Risk Manager for C-130J. Developed Monte Carlo probabilistic risk schedule models for UK RAF and AUS RAAF.

Acting Proposal Manager for Lockheed Skunkworks/Eagle Engineering team for NASA High Speed Civil Transport. Red Teamed USAF Future Large Airlifter (FLA) Automated Cargo Loading Proposal, adding key gantry robotic concepts to turn Lockheed effort from third to first in USAF eval.

Developed reengineering methods to restructure workflow, significantly improving throughput and reducing bottlenecks in Wind Tunnel Testing and Weapon System Simulator to improve YF-22 Dem/Val win opportunity. Conducted top down functional decomposition with stake-holders using IDEF0 models for Industrial Modernization (ManTech) opportunities. These models remained in use by various organizations for developing Tech Road Maps and for strategic planning. 7 of 12 projects I proposed were approved for implementation by USN and Lockheed Aeronautical company president.
