SUMMARY: Five years’ experience in corporate data acquisition, report development and creating automated process all enhanced by fifteen years of hardware and software support. Knowledgeable in Windows based applications, hardware systems and basic networks.

Currently seeking position as RPA Developer or Data Analyst.

EDUCATION: B.S.C.S. - Stephen F. Austin

SYSTEMS: Windows 7, Windows 10

PROTOCOLS: HTML, ODBC

SOFTWARE: Automation Anywhere, Win Automation, Microsoft Excel, Excel VBA, Power Shell, UFT, Microsoft Access, SQL, and Brio.

EXPERIENCE:

4/16-9/17 Contractor AT&T Digital Life

Automation Engineer (RPA Developer)

Duties: The automation of time-consuming, manual processes utilizing Excel VBA, Win Automation and Automation Anywhere. Typical automated processes using Automation Anywhere or Win Automation include downloading data from a SQL database in to an Excel spreadsheet, saving the spreadsheet on to a shared network folder and then distributing the spreadsheets via email. Some of these processes required launching and logging in to secured websites or secure, proprietary software and navigating those entities to retrieve or enter required information.

In most cases, manual processes involved the use of Excel, so converting those manual processes to automated processes required extensive knowledge of the features and the VBA macro language. My strong background in Excel proved to be very handy in creating some efficient, automated solutions for my clients which made them very happy.

It was estimated that my automation helped save our department around $500,000 in manual processes during the course of my time there.

6/03-2/16 PHARMERICA PHARMACY

Corporate Data Analyst,

Duties: Data acquisition and report creation for both internal and external customers utilizing Brio and/or SSIS, Excel & Excel VBA, and Access. Brio features most heavily used for data interpretation are table joins, grouping, columnar calculations, pivot tables, and data filtration techniques. The data is then exported to an Excel spreadsheet where the data is organized and summarized using a combination of custom VBA macros and other built-in powerful Excel tools. Once the report is finalized, a standardized, streamlined process is mapped out so the report can efficiently be produced on demand, easily read and utilized by corporate decision makers.

Maintain and update Excel VBA macro and SQL query libraries as business needs change.

Prior to being the Corporate Data Analyst, was involved in national data support of eighty eight corporate pharmacies where ALL patient prescriptions were analyzed to determine the best-cost drug for the patient. Once the best-cost drug is determined, the suggestion (along with an explanation) was sent to the patients’ doctor. The doctor then replied to the suggestion and the response was recorded in the database and the pharmacy was notified of any changes to the prescription.

In 2010, I assumed the responsibilities of the Corporate Data Analyst which include the creation of approximately two dozen daily, weekly and monthly reports in addition to any ad hoc requests from both internal and external customers. These reports require heavy usage of Brio and Excel.

Also maintain Access 2007 databases involving maintaining the data of approximately 500,000 doctors for custom data analysis. Created custom queries, table joins, And/Or logic, data summations and VBA code maintenance.
