Promoted and tasked with directing multi-million business operations with full budget, financial, profit and loss responsibility for $50M HSE Consulting business. Responsible for the development and management of a national sales program. Managed 12 direct reports and 250 full time employees (FTEs).

Directed the renewal of a RCRA Part B Permit for a TSDF located in Northern Alabama. Evaluated operational and financial condition of the company, made recommendations for improvement and oversaw implementation of recommendations with financial institution.

Developed operational plan and identified financial resources to support roll-up of several southeastern based companies that provide transportation, waste management and disposal services. Activities included comprehensive due diligence and compliance reviews.
