Source and delivery of all components needed to maintain ongoing business for finished goods, testers and visual marketing promotions.

Yearly amount of purchase orders issued for in-house assembly, outside suppliers for filling and bulk and all components was $ 83,000,000.

Use SAP planning module to review all assembly, filling and components per monthly requirements demands.

Initiate negotiations to insure items meet standard costs. Use price breaks, combining same size items in printing to achieve costing objectives and maximize print area thereby lowering costs.

Issue purchase orders to meet inventory objectives and service production.

Address quality notifications from incoming inspections and/or during production process. Review all components upon delivery with their specifications on file. Communicate with supplier for debits/ chargeback’s and replacements when issues occur.

Generate artwork revisions. Insure corrected artwork is generated with correct size and art. Create new code numbers in master data in SAP. Modify current bills of material with new component codes numbers. Source and test replacement compatibility when a supplier discontinued a component.

Add new component information to source and information record in SAP. Revise cost for modified bill of material.

Follow up on all purchase orders deliveries for components and track production from our outside filling suppliers to insure production occurs on a timely basis.
