Works closely with Design group, and communicates cross functionally with Sourcing, Production, Sales departments regarding package design concept and item development to manage orders for major retails, such as Walmart, Big Lots, Family Dollar, Macy’s, Target, TJ maxx, ToysRUs, Ross, BBB, etc.

Daily communicates with oversea Venders and Supplier to follow the sample status. Provides comments and confirms PP samples for production. Solves any issues for production to ensure orders can be finished and shipped as order requested.

Timely corresponds with China office to supervise the workflow proceeding and order shipment as timeline.

Reviews inspections reports, and corresponds with QC team to make sure final goods made as order requirements and complied with related regulations as well.

Troubleshoots in production goods issues for the future improvements.
