2ND Shift Operations Manager, Jul 2016 – Nov 2016
Partnering with Coca Cola in supplying them with a complete robotic automated inventory system for their inbound and outbound distribution of all of their product line.
Performing all of the maintenance, PM’s and full operating lines of the inbound operations through conveyors as cell operators feed pallets of Coca Cola’s products through a complete automated inventory system.
Complete knowledge of robotic automation to have the ability to troubleshoot, analyze and resolve any or all problems that slow or stop the process.
Managed 18 subordinates including, maintenance technicians, cell operators, control room operators and leads.
Responsible for all EHS, MHE and OSHA compliance training and certification.
CMI-California Multimodal, LLC, DHX Rancho Dominguez, CA
DC Consolidation Manager, Apr 2007 – Aug 2015
Managed 42 subordinates and 6 supervisors at the Home Depot DC 5154 as their 3PL consolidator and provider.
Responsible for several million dollars of Home Depot inventory shipping over the ocean daily to 7 Hawaii and 1 Guam Home Depot stores.
Bringing in up to 70 inbound loads of very diverse Home Depot freight on a daily basis and loading out up to 35 outbound ocean containers per day as a FIFO operation.

I handled all building and facility maintenance, MHE maintenance, safety training and certifications for forklift and Hazmat training

Please note that this being a 3PL contract for Home Depot, the contract was originally handled by DHX up until 2010 for which CMI bid and won the contract but we remained in the same facility with the same staffing under my management.
