Responsible for answering inbound calls from patients and physicians. Applications are processed timely and accurately to meet the client’s expectations. Multitasking is required in this role in addition to superior quality. Outbound calls are also required to obtain additional information, follow up on an inquiry call and to advise the patient and physicians of the outcome of the patient’s application.
