Technology Development formerly CLOUD REALIZATION ITO PROJECT MANAGER (2012 - Present)

Lead Project Manager working on global projects within AT&T Integrated Cloud (AIC). Manage multiple concurrent Information Systems projects using SDLC System/Software Development Lifecycle methodologies including Waterfall, AGILE, ITUP, PRISM, CMPM, One ATT CR Tool, Rally/TDP, HP Application Lifecycle Management Quality Center.

Direct concurrent PaaS (Platform as a Service), CaaS (Communications as a Service) and STaaS (Storage as a Service) project implementation within the cloud environment. Drive all stages of initiatives, from gathering client requirements, creating project plans and schedules to budget management, and status reporting. Led release planning meetings to ensure documentation (including installation and back out plans) were in place. Handled post-testing changes prior to production. Ensured success of releases on strict schedules with average 6-hour overnight window. Managed conference bridge to ensure that all parties were on or reachable to respond to issues.

Contributed to the systems migration effort following sale of assets by Verizon to Frontier Communications coordinated collection of 300+ applications and associated customer data into a single repository. Monitored and documented more than 3K initiatives–identified required work for cutover and continuation of services, and led joint application design (JAD) sessions to assess work requests and ensure that all requirements were identified and addressed. Utilized SharePoint to update and maintain project documentation.

Coordinated a successful dry run and go-live cutover of all retail applications targeted for data migration initiative involved approximately 25 systems and 50 people and included take down, bring up, testing, and turnover.

PROJECT MANAGER/BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST – Verizon Communications (2004 - 2008)

Led teams through all stages of managed access, local, and customer care projects, with focus on requirements gathering, Joint Application Design, Systems Requirement Definition, and Technical Documentation oversaw 40+ concurrent, complex, multi-phased projects. Gathered data, established workflows, and authored detailed design and system requirements documentation. Managed cross-functional virtual team meetings with up to 100 participants, collaborated with analysts, developers, and client to track project milestones, and revised plans as needed to meet changing needs.

Recognized with Verizon Team Award in 2007 for outstanding performance related to project impact and assessment.

Drove resolution of trouble tickets to ensure successful redeployment of enhancements and modifications to the production environment.
