Course Description:-

This is a typical G+5 floor project used for residential purpose. It is located in odisha according to odisha atmospheric conditions the design and drafting of air conditioning system is done for this project; the peak load is taken as the load on May 21st from 8am to 4pm.

It is a typical G+5 project having 4187 Sq.ft. area for each floor and it contains 6 floors. .In the Ground,3 rd,5 th floor AHU OF 80TR,1st floor of VRF,2nd floor of non ductable split ac,4th floor of FCU units are selected.. The chiller piping is also done for the AHU and FCU units.

DESIGN PARAMETERS FOR ABOVE PROJECTS:

HEAT LOAD CALCULATION using E-20 sheets.

DUCT calculation using Duct sizer software .

Diffuser selection.

Static pressure calculation.

Pump head loss calculation.

Chiller selection,Pipe sizing .

CAR PARKING Ventilation.

KITCHEN Ventilation.

BOQ calculation

These parameters are done using AUTOCAD 2014, MCQUAY duct sizer, CARRIER psychometric chart software’s.

This project we have done the following design parameters according to ISHRAE and ASHRAE standards

PROFESSIONAL OVERVIEW:-

Suitable selection of Unitary AC Equipments like all type of Decorative, Ducted Split ac.

Cassette & Packaged AC Units from the respective catalogues.

Suitable selection of Central AC System Equipments like FCU’s, AHU’s, Chillers and

CHW Pumps from respective catalogues.

Preparation of Air Distribution System.

Able to read / understand all sorts of HVAC drawing with foundations / civil / wall

PROJECT & DESIGN MANAGEMENT:-

Responsible for resolving the Site issues by finding the root cause of the problem.

Basic knowledge of real time designing of HVAC systems.

Parameters required for selection of chillier units.

Performing Heat Load Calculations for different projects using E-20 SHEET.

Actively involved in project Installation, execution and commissioning.

TEAM MANAGEMENT:-

Leading, motivating and training the team to improve their operational efficiency.

Guiding the Technicians on basics of Indoor & Outdoor units, and improving quality.

Worked for the Execution of the project which includes selection & Installation of

Machines like FCUs, AHUs, FAHUs and Pumps. And Pipe sizing &Duct sizing (erection

Of chilled water pipes from pumps to different machines and also erection of Ducts

From machines to different zones).
