Project Description:

The JPMorgan VIEWS Portfolio Reporting technology gives executives, accounting and operations staff at banks, money management firms, mutual funds, insurance companies and pension funds one of the industry's most comprehensive, flexible and powerful sets of reporting, research and analytical tools.

The VIEWS Portfolio Reporting technology is the only system in the industry that enables clients to integrate and access data across multiple disciplines including custody, accounting, securities lending, and compliance. VIEWS also provides a link to performance measurement

Responsibilities:

Compile, prepare and/or review financial reporting data

Complete moderate level analysis of financial and other data

Develop and/or present recommendations to management

Provide support for routine and non-routine financial and other transactions that could involve in Views Portfolio Reporting

Monitor domestic and foreign treasury operations

Complete and/or review Treasury and Security services management related projects or assignments

Provide support to other departments in the implementation of Treasury and Security related projects

Enforce, support and enhance internal controls

Prioritize daily workload to maximize productivity utilizing time management and organizational skills

Maintain the highest level of integrity and protect confidentiality

Mentor and share knowledge to help develop the Treasury staff, Research and resolution of customer’s treasury inquiries through emails or over phone.

Work independently with supervision and escalate complex issues as necessary to resolve customer requests in a timely manner

May direct the work of others, Participated in joint client calls with Bankers and Treasury Sales Officers both in person and over the phone

Being an administrator for JP Morgan Access on entitling access for client users.Some of the Products in which majorly I deal in my job profile are Corporate

Action, Views Portfolio reporting, SWIFT, and Views Transaction Initiation. Other

Products are Dashboard, Market Intelligence, etc.

Moreover we add /delete accounts in portfolios and change the roles of the users

as per the email notification sent by the client along with all authentications.

Being a part of various financial business application user acceptances testing

(UAT) and Production Verification Testing (PVT) programme.

Achieved 100% result in Business Resiliency Plan testing. As a part of Bangalore

team we made sure that our business is not affected in any circumstances.

Maintaining the customer relationship and providing them updates about the

product launch in the company.

Resolving queries for internal customers via emails, ensuring timely response.
