• Converting DXF to MCR files for job on the desktop. Program bead path to send to Datron CNC PRXL 1000-2c machine.

• Apply bead to customer provided housings. Read prints provided with housing to determine measurements of bead and area of application. Adjusting width, height and volume on bead to accommodate customer requests.

• Bake each housing after bead is applied.

• ATOM flash-cut dieless knife cutting. Load part on atom program, select cutting parameter for thickness and material being used. Program cuts and holes, selecting blade and punch size depending on requirements provided on prints.

• Received electronics parts by checking that the quantity and quality of parts were up to standards.
