• Studied change in growth rate of Inter Metallic Compound (IMC) in a solder joint of SAC 305 with a copper substrate with varying re-flow time and temperature.

• Performed photolithography, flip chip joint soldering, Solder Mounting Technology (SMT) and metallography and used optical microscope to set the joints and Back Scattered SEM for the IMC growth rate. Effect of organic binders on Iron ore composite pellets, India Summer 2013-Spring 2014

• Researched for an organic replacement for inorganic binder Bentonite to reduce the silica content in the iron making process.

• Fabricated pellets using disc pelletization technique at different temperatures in an electrical coiled furnace. According to the results it was determined that starch had the closest outcome as compared to bentonite. Technical Skills
