Daily management of activities including Tasks allotment - Loading, Material arrangement, Production, Quality Check coordination, Drying and Packing coordination, Product dispatch to customer

Manage Production of 10 ~ 15 Tonnes of Herbal Products with 6-member team

Control and Optimization of Process time, Material consumption and Production Cost and mange process compliance

Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) management and Housekeeping

Adequate knowledge with handling of failure investigation, process related deviation, filtration techniques, Knutch filter and centrifuges

Familiar with process techniques like degumming, deoiling, discoloration, neutralization and desolventation of products.

Preparation and pre-treatment of raw material and solvents.

Execution of batch manufacturing as per BMP, GMP related formats.

Appropriate knowledge for handling extraction, evaporation, concentration and spray dryer activity.

Possess effective leadership, interpersonal communication skills and coordination among maintenance, quality, utility and stores.

Responsible of hygiene practices and sterilization of equipments and products.

1.Indfrag Limited, Hosur (From April 2010 to till date) working as a Production Lead currently managing Production of 30+ types of Herbal products

2.Angeripalayam Common Effluent Treatment plant, Tirupur (From June 2009 to April 2010) - Production supervisor of filtration units.

3.Sakthi Auto Components Limited, Perundurai (From April 2008 to June 2009) - Production supervisor and developed Powder coating automation for spare parts.
