Design electrical (light & power distribution systems) for commercial & residential building.

Coordinate with low voltage contractors along with MEP design team to check requirements/approval.

Supervise construction work site on daily basis and made weekly Progress reports/schedules.

Develop mobilization plan of technical teams for execution as well as managing progress on timely completion of work.

Execute complete electrical procurement & maintained professional relationships with suppliers and contractors.

Manage all electrical sub-contractors to monitor work progress & ensured scheduled deadline are met for every project.

Submit material submittals as per BOQ/Specification within budget range and ensured on time delivery at site.

Coordinate with the architect consultant regarding any site construction issue and raise RFI.

Attend meetings with authorities, clients, architects and contractors.

Tested all products for correct installation and operation.

Perform load calculations & prepared as-built drawings.

Supervise electrical, electronics(low voltage) & communication construction works: o Electrical: general wiring, HT/LT cabling, control wiring of MV/LV panels, HVAC electrical, MDB, DB, fixtures, C-bus lighting control system, lightning protection, and earth system.

o Low Voltage systems: Fire alarm, CCTV, Public address, Building management, Master clock, Flight information display, and MATV.

o Communication & Network System: Telephone complete infrastructure (JB to MDF) as well as data for different authorities (CAA, FIA, Airlines) as per requirements. LICENSE & CERTIFICATES:
