During the ARMS 2016 inspection help to perform various tasks, to include laser engraving tool boxes, updating records based on the MTOE. Partnered with the various supply rooms to collect information and learn multiple procedures important for the completion of the ARMS inspection. For example, how to write memos, how to issue and order tools in tech supply.
Help to in process new soldiers by collecting pertinent information for OCIE. Order and receive OCIE and personal clothing for soldiers in the unit, pick up from the PFO in Lansing. Issue gear to the respective soldiers. Perform annual showdowns and keep personal clothing records updated. As soldiers leave unit perform inventories and collect gear for turn-in.
Help the preform various inventories, such as sensitive, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inventories for gear on MTOE. Help to insure that the required allotments are maintained.
