Make sure virus definitions are up-to-date using SCCM over Forefront, assigned applications are installed per pc.

To image laptops/desktops for new users and join them to the domain using DRA (AKA Active Directory replacement) in joining the pcś to the domain.

To ensure MS Office applications are working correctly.

Replace/repair printers when they are not working.

Send update RF Scangun packages via pushes over the network.

Grant clients specific permissions via SOX compliance.

Program scale I/O ports for proper read, so a good pack list is printed.

Correct wireless issues for internal and external clients.

Created an inventory sheet with all the printers, there location, and ip addresses they have for web based solutions.

Patch down ports on switches that new nodes (i.e. printers, and PC's) use.

Inventory stock items, to ensure a min/max sheet is maintained.

Three years supporting Fedora Linux Server, used as a RFID Web Application.

Use of Remedy ticketing system for asset management and issue tracking.

Cost/Benefit - Responsible for up time on line production, in which case cost the company 53k dollars an hour being down.
