In detail, there were 135 raw land builds, 49 modes, along 184 shelter that were built in country which I performed Quality control to ROHN standards. All 184-site required power and Telecom upgrade all site required either a New Generator fuel cells install or we installed 29 site that require Solo Panel in the Sahara Desert along with a MSO that needed to be design and built.

Managed the Quality assurance for the I3PM/LAN/WAN/QUIETEN project for the US ARMY. Overseen 110 miles of outside plant conduit and of which 148 KLM of fiber cable ranging from 6 strand to 288 strand [single and multi-mode fiber]. Installed 3 New POP's a long with 38 miles’ cooper cable ranging from 25 pair, to 1800 pair cable in turn we installed 124 manholes and 4 Hand holes, extended the existing MDF with 11 new vertical main frames which serviced the 110 building, that included 150 communication rooms that house the CISCO 4500-6500 router.
The 11 NEW vertical main frame we could in large the cable plant by 5,000 new copper cable pairs. I had to redesign Verizon as-built due to they left off more than half of the building entry or in-proper running of interior conduit to Army/Government standards, beside the interior redesign I had add road crossing with proper steel sleeves and concrete cap to protect the fiber Optics cable form Tank crossing.
Cost of this project was over 11 million dollars. Held Bi-weekly meeting with senior Military member and high ranking DOD employees on progress or installation a change that were required.
ASTAC/ BARROW ALASKA 2000-2002
OUTSIDE PLANT MANAGER
Managed the day to day Inside/outside plant actives in a rural telephone plant in Alaska. Basically, keep a rural telephone company a float with install and repairs to the switch and outside plant. ASTAC took this plant over from GTE, I spent over a years’ time in the Outside Plant upgrade to current standards and rebuilding the existing cable plant to code, when I first arrived their back log in installs were over 200 behind, trouble ticket was about the same in back logged installs. It took over 5 months to get the numbers down to single numbers on both troubles and installs. We maintained and install everything from POTS to T-1s to DS0- DS3 56k circuits to the microwave tower. Weather is main challenged beside location, ordering and receiving materials is a challenged, we all so support the out-laying villages and the slope for telephone service.
