As a Sr. Project/Program Manager and an IT Professional, I have extensive experience in independently managing cross-functional teams for large complex projects. The knowledge gained by the PMP certification, and leadership skills developed by managing and mentoring large project teams, has positioned me well to allocate work effectively, deliver diverse and critical projects efficiently, and improve workflow standards. For instance, to improve processes for the Electronic Forms delivery in a large bank, I worked with the Six Sigma Team in partnership with key stakeholders. We developed a model to streamline the processes by delivering and managing a proof of concept. This eventually resulted in reducing delivery time by 50% and costs by 30%.
