For instance, to improve processes for the Electronic Forms delivery in a large bank, I worked with the Six Sigma Team in partnership with key stakeholders. We developed a model to streamline the processes by delivering and managing a proof of concept. This eventually resulted in reducing delivery time by 50% and costs by 30%.
