Duties and Responsibilities:

ÿ Making Daily Routine Inspection at Work Site.

ÿ Keep A Record of All Safety Meeting.

ÿ Keep Record of Injuries, property damages, Fire. ÿ Accident incident investigation and reporting.

ÿ Safety audit on site, instruction and training the company and contractor staff. ÿ Supervision of all construction works on site.

ÿ Fire prevention of all company activities, testing of smoke and heat detectors, Conducting drills.

ÿ Check up breathing apparatus set.

ÿ Train and audit up fire, safety and regular staff in the plant. ÿ Daily inspection of crane and scaffolding.

ÿ Make monthly inspection of moving equipments and fire extinguisher, ladder etc. ÿ Inspection of necessary work permit whenever to begin the job. ÿ Put necessary safety precaution before starting any job. ÿ Monitor all workers if they are wearing safety paraphernalia at job site. ÿ Make daily reports regarding safety in the job site. ÿ Advise the workers for Chemical Hazards and use of proper PPE. ÿ Closely observation to make sure that first aid welfare facilities properly maintained.

ÿ Equipments are provided and properly worn.

ÿ Preparation of daily safety reports.

ÿ Strictly implementation of better house keeping for the job site. ÿ Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.

ÿ Defining to company management any need of special emergency, risk, safety and fire protection, fire fighting systems and necessary training. Educational Qualification:
