To whom it may concern,
I have known Erin since she started at Ottumwa Regional Health Center on 9/20/2016. She began working full-time as an Emergency Department RN and has recently gone to PRN status while she is going to school. We have given her educational opportunities and she has obtained ACLS, PALS, and TNCC status while working here.
Erin is a spectacular nurse who is efficient and very knowledgeable with her skills set, her advanced practice nursing has taken her to another level of nursing where she works one on one with the ED physicians and helps problem solve to other levels an RN cannot do. Erin is kind and compassionate to patients, she will volunteer to take patients and do tasks that other staff try to avoid. She will float to other areas within the facility when needed and we get positive feedback on her from the in-patient staff. She has been flexible and we work around her Nurse Practitioner classes and clinical and then she tries to help us fill holes in the ED. I have no doubt Erin will be a spectacular NP and I highly encourage to whomever she applies with to consider her as an employee, she is dedicated to her profession and will be an asset to whomever she works for/with. I wish Erin the best as she reaches the end of her NP program, I would hire her as an NP if she so desires to work here when she becomes certified.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am pleased to recommend Erin Harbison. Erin had been a student in my clinic during the last year, so I have learned a great deal about her and her abilities, and I know she would do well if given the opportunity in any facility. Erin’s determination to succeed has led her to excel during her preceptorship at our medical clinic.
Compared to the other NP students I have been a preceptor for, Erin excelled in her ability to manage patient care and to provide the highest quality, up to date, evidenced based, comprehensive care, to all her patients and their families. Despite her busy schedule, Erin always balances her time and schedule well. She was always on time or early for her clinical shift.
During the time I’ve known her, Erin has worked to greatly improve her own confidence in her abilities as a clinician. Due to her knowledge and great aptitude for learning, Erin would be an excellent addition to any practice looking to hire her. She will make a great practitioner at any facility, and I have no doubts that her abilities and determination will continue to grow. It is an honor and privilege to recommend Erin.
Sincerely,
Diane Hattel FNP-BC

To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is a professional recommendation for Erin Harbison. Erin had been a student in my clinic off and on through the year. I had the pleasure of working with her in a previous clinical rotation where my partner was her preceptor and now I am her preceptor. I have seen her grow and develop into a very successful, knowledgeable and reputable nurse practitioner. I have watched her develop her clinical ability from the time she was in her first clinical to now where she is seeing patients independently. If given the opportunity to work with Erin professionally, I would. I highly recommend to whomever she applies to hire her, she will be an asset to your facility or clinic. I have no doubt that Erin has the professional skills to be a very successful nurse practitioner; her abilities and skills as a graduate nurse practitioner far exceeds those skills of the average graduate nurse practitioner. Erin has excelled in her ability to manage patient care and to provide the highest quality, up to date, evidenced based, comprehensive care, to all her patients and their families. Erin has a unique ability to manage her patients time well within the allotted scheduled time. Erin will make a great addition to any facility and I have no doubts that her abilities and determination will continue to grow. It is an honor and privilege to recommend Erin.
Sincerely,
Diane Nutter, FNP
