-Register and signing in the logbook every beginning and closing of the shift.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Receiving and making phone calls from and to the head office respectively reporting and enquiring items and goods needed in the stores.
- Helping and guiding new staffs how to operate our (POS) retail point of sale machines, balancing cash, handling of credit cards and scanning goods accurately.
- Cancellation of products returned by customers wisely.
- Prepare duty roosters and scheduling the timing of staffs guided by store manager.
- Solving customer complaints and inform the store manager immediately to improve our customer care since customers are always right. They create success of company’s business.
