This segment of the project involved an initiative to increase utilization of self-service for 80 applications on 46 LUCENT CONVERSANT Interactive Voice Response Systems.

Responsibilities:

Reviewed Business Requirements, Functional and Technical specifications with business analyst and QA manager to learn the functionality and process.

Analysis User Story and Acceptance criteria to making sure user story is concise, clear and testable.

Work in the agile development environment and participated on Sprint Planning, Sprint Review (Demo) meeting and Daily stand-up and retrospective meetings and update day to day status to agile team.

Responsible for Defect management by tracking and reporting of all outstanding requirements and defect reports in Quality Center to ensure that all UAT testing is being completed accurately and on time.

My project module involved the loan application deployment that allowed Wells Fargo to automate its loan origination process, by allowing the loan officers to enter the data directly into the system, manage new mortgages by tracking the status, and by producing the task list and delegating them to the other users within the other organization. In the new application, multiple users can work parallel on the same mortgage case.
