During my tenure I improved Guest satisfaction on Holiday Check from 4.3 to 5.6

Created a cocktail bar designed for ladies only based on Chill out ambience

Overseeing management and standardization of 3 resorts, spa and conventions

centers (2 in Philippines and 1 in India)

Project management in renovating one of the property, completing the other and

overseeing the construction of the 3rd in India with an operational eye

Conception, opening and operations of 2 clubs with memberships, one golf and

country club and one private beach club

Creation of a Mediterranean restaurant with a wood pizza oven to make it the first

in the Philippines in our Boutique Resort in Poro Point

Supervised the construction of 2 conference center with central kitchens

286 memberships were sold at the Private Beach Club within 4 month period
