2D, 3D modeling of parts in UG-NX 9.0 using SAP PLM.

Final Assembly creation with number of parts in UG NX.

Design and Development of ANSI Gate, Globe and Check valve. As per IBR, EN, ASME standard

(Class 150 to 4500)

CAD Modeling, Drafting and Detailing by using UG-NX software as per production requirements.

Checking Butt-weld end feasibility with pipe Schedules as per customer requirement by ASME B16.25 and B36.1 norms.

Actuator and Gear Box Selection by comparing Torque and Thrust Calculations of valve with catalogs of Actuator and Gearbox manufacturers.

Accountable for Project Planning, Resource Planning and Defining Project Execution Processes and timelines.

Defining Standards for Execution of Projects and Assigning Tasks to Individuals with a Scheduled timeline.

Preparation of combination sheet for project as per inputs received.

Resolve queries related to product care.
