For Each Project Separate Rate Analysis Table is maintained.

Stock Management: This construction company actually divides project as apartments or houses (site).For each site there’s a separate Stock Room. All the Stock room details are maintained in Company’s Head Office. First Site Engineer issues MRF to Store Keeper in a site. Store Keeper Then Checks Availability Of materials .If not Available Store Keeper sends an Enquiry to all material Vendors. Vendor issues Quotation for Enquiry. Then Store Keeper issues PO for Enquiry. This is a Cyclic Process for maintaining Stock.
